Note to tile authors:

Please submit tilesets in PNG format in the future and ensure the tiles
are properly fixed.
It is paramount terrain base tiles have no holes in them and that the
edge mask does not step over black tile bounds.

Regarding ocean and coastal squares these should be clipped as on CVS.
There must not be any holes in them either.
