[Freeciv-Dev] Spamming, Ecartis and RT

Sorry for the spamming. RT the replacement for Jitterbug was
exchanging emails with Ecartis the list managing software in a loop. I
stopped it after 30 sec but it was already too late.

I think I'm finished configuring the mail interface of RT now. RT will
hopefully go online in the next days. Thanks for your patience
downloading the emails ;)
