Well well well... A GTK+ 2.0 client user!

I salute you for trying it so soon! Thank you for your bug report. If you
see any bugs in there that are not in the GTK+ 1.2 client now you know
who you have to blame! ;-D

Yes i removed 'Change All'. And it won't get back. It will be redundant once
the dialog is finished.
I haven't finished the dialog yet because i'm trying to make the city
report fast enough. I'm still doing some stop watch profiling on some
games with hundreds of cities. The city report on GTK+ 2.0 takes way too
long to popup vs. the time GTK+ 1.2 takes to do the same thing.
I know of one bug in that code, but you seem to have found a brand spanking
new one.

I will try to track down the bug you found. If you find any more bugs
please report them here.
