When establishing a trade route to an enemy city, the client crashes with the
error:

1: CMA: Adana has changed multiple times. This may be an error in freeciv or bad
luck. Please contact <freeciv-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx>. The CMA will detach itself from
the city now.

I've uploaded a savegame (caravan_cma.sav.gz) to incoming. Join as kenn and move
the caravan from Montreal to Ottawa.
