Not ok since we have config.* files which are in the CVS.

I would rather stamp-h.in removed from the list.

Not ok since undep.sh.in is in the CVS.

The general rule should IMHO be that files which are in the CVS should
be included in a diff (and so be excluded from diff_ignore).
