Hi all!

Here is an update Gtk2 Units dialog.

- The GtkCList is replaced by GtkTreeView.
- A unit icon is displayed in each row.
- The Upgrade dialog replaced by a GtkMessageDialog.
- Now it is also possible to upgrade all units (select the "All Units" row 
  and click the Upgrade button).
- Added StockIcons to the buttons.
