Here's one of Raimar's patches raised from the dead.
It's updated to CVS, and I changed it a bit so that it doesn't get
confused about mixed data (from CMA for example) and it begins by
sorting numbers max to min instead of min to max.

I would especially like reviews with large numbers of cities.
