[Freeciv-Dev] [PATCH] Removing much dependence on Imlib

This removes every GdkImlib function and replaces it with an equivalent
Gdk function(if there is one).  This isn't necessary, but it's a good
idea (why use Imlib functions if perfectly good Gdk functions exist? the
use of Imlib has also become deprecated).
