The third beta for the 1.12.0 release is available at

A diff against the previous beta (1.11.8) is also available at

(0.01MB) or 
ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta/freeciv-1.11.8-1.11.10.diff.gz 
(0.01MB).

The noteworthy difference from the second beta (1.11.8) is that a bug 
that caused it to not compile on some operating systems has been fixed.
