Please use English titles instead (King, Queen, President, Comrade,
etc.)  Things like "King" -> "Rei" should be done by gettext.  I know
that this is not currently the case with most of the Freeciv nations,
but consensus is that this is what things should be like, so you can
beat the rush by being the first one.  8-)
