[Freeciv-Dev] Freeciv PO files and PO-Revision-Date.

The de.po and no.po header entries do not contain a PO-Revision-Date
header.  The effect of this is that PO mode decides that the header is
in the old, obsolete format and decides to replace it with something
else every time that I load it into emacs.  Could the translators
please add one (since they are in a position to know when they were
last updated); look at the other PO files to see how it's done.  PO
mode in its default configuration will keep this up to date for you;
if you're using some other PO editor then failure to do so is
(probably) a bug in that PO editor.
