If someone will tell me how to get client commands working i.e. cmdlevel 
option, I'll write that up for the manual.  If I get it working I'll also 
write up a blurb on how to setup a civ server so others can play solo or 
group games on your PC.  I'm behind a firewall so I can't use the public 
servers.
