I've put together a new diff file with changes to support the OpenVMS 
operating system based on todays CVS tree.

In reality, only two actual FreeCIV files needed some changes and those 
were very little (/server/sernet.c and /client/gui-gtk/repodlgs.c I 
believe were the only files).  All OpenVMS changes were "if defined" for 
OpenVMS so it SHOULN'T hurt anything else.

The BULK of the diff file are changes to the compile script and general 
OpenVMS specific stuff in the /vms directory.

It was kinda large so I've gzip'd it and put it at...

So PLEASE have a look at it and use it to update the currently existing
OpenVMS support files in the CVS tree.

(I have gotten alot of GREAT compliments on FreeCIV from OpenVMS users and 
 currently I believe the OpenVMS port of FreeCIV has made it onto Compaq/
 DEC's "OpenVMS Freeware CD v5.0" which ships with each copy of the next 
 release of OpenVMS.)
