[Freeciv-Dev] isometric view, version numbers, and hello

This may be a misdirected post... but.

I cvs'd what appears to be the most recent code.

How do you get into isometric view on the client?

Also, I typed civclient -v, and it still says 1.11.4... are the version
numbers just not updated in the cvs or do I not have the most recent
version (updated 5 minutes ago.)
