The goto function can be used to "map" undiscovered terrain.

If you select the goto function and move the cursor on an unexplored
tile, only a route is shown (even is the route does not make much sense), 
if the unexplored tile is a land tile. If the unexplored
tile is an ocean tile, no route is shown.

This bug is very "useful" for checking which unexplored tiles
are land tiles, in order to send a ship directly to that coordination
for colonisation.
