[Freeciv-Dev] Manual patch

Patched the manual regarding worklists and citypref/buildlist files.
Uploaded the new manual to ftp.freeciv.org under the name

manual_worklist_patch.tar.gz

Changed the following files:

a. client-4.html. "Reference of the windows." Added spaceships and
worklist windows. Updated the screenshots for some of the report
windows,
b. client-5.html. "Main Menubar Options." This was way out of date. Took
this to the 1.11.4 menus. Added hyperlinks to client-4.html
c. game-14.html. "Production". Added a description of worklists and the
function of citypref and buildfirst.

Note: I changed the naming scheme for the new images. If there
originally was some logic behind the file numbers of the images, it has
been lost. So the new screenshots are named with the page name then a
descriptor, e.g. "client-4-worklist1.html".
