[Freeciv-Dev] comments to new ideas

I want to comment some new ideas at
http://www.freeciv.org/ideas/

1.
Ships to be able to sail up rivers.

Comment:
it is to complicate, to check river deepth.

But idea is good, some units can go rivers,
some not.

Units such:
Trireme, Ironclad, Submarine, 
should have possibility to go up rivers.


2.
Observer ports.  
(Observers can watch the game).

Comment:
it is rather bad idea - some bad guys can start
cheating (using this port to espionage).
