[Freeciv-Dev] freeciv win native (current status)

If someone is interested what's up with freeciv on windows without
gtk, here is a list of things which are already done:

map window, overview window, turn done button, connection dialog, unit
connect dialog, race select dialog, science report, city dialog (all
buttons except "worklist" and "configure" work), unit selection.
