[Freeciv-Dev] Wishlist: Center view in Help menu

Hi,

First I want to thank you for that great game. Having it for free is
superb. It really takes me.

I just want to suggest to apply the look and feel of scrolling through the
screen by clicking the right mouse button to the help screen as well.
Especially when looking up certain units or technologies, scrolling the
navigator-window by using the right mouse button would be very helpful. 
Imagine, you are scrolling through the landscape using the right button
and want to look up some thing. You could just keep scrolling, until you have
found what you are looking for. Without changing to fiddle with the
scrollbars and the left mouse button.
