Idea:
    You should also be able to add more terrain types (for example, apart
from Desert, Plains, Grassland, Ocean, Mountains, Jungle, Hills, Forest,
Swamp, Tundra and Glacier, you should be able to insert new terrain types,
so that instead of 11 terrain types you could have, for example, 23 terrain
types).

How to do it:
    Modify the scenario editor.
