This allows for some extra techs (Animal Domestication, Agriculture,
Town Settling, Administration) but time would have to run faster
in those early days, eg. with 100 year turns.

Earlier techs (Tool Making, Fire Making, Stone Working, Clothing, Art)
are much farther apart (fire has been used for 200,000 years).
