Full_Name: Chuck Crayne
Version: 1.11.4
Distribution: Redhat binary
Client: Both (or N/A)
OS: Linux Redhat 6.0
Submission from: (NULL) (209.209.2.220)

To reproduce: Set up game with two human players such that player A will
receive a science advance at end of current turn. Click end of turn button,
and then click reports item in frame menu. While the drop-down menu is present,
click end of turn for player B. Player A's science report will open UNDER
the drop-down menu, and mouse clicks will no longer be recognized by any control

in any window, including the Gnome control panel.

At this point, the entire session appears to be hung, as control-C produces
no effect. However, pressing the Esc key will close the drop-down window
and restore the pointer focus.
