[Freeciv-Dev] PATCH: Final Amiga NLS

Hi,

here the final NLS-implementation patches for Amiga client. Lots of changes
to client/gui-mui. I hope I catched them all.

Also added the gui-mui files to po/POTFILES.in to activate the translators.
