This is Lauri Tarkkala <ltarkkal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> 's patch with some changes:

* sets tcptimeout var in game_init().
* sets tcptimeout var in game_load() (it should probably be saved, i put 
  this initialization here has a reminder).
* doesn't break sniff_packets() in more functions.
* doesn't add TCP_NODELAY option.
* changed send_connection_data() and friends.
* eliminated netwait option (always writes by default now)
