[Freeciv-Dev] little PATCH to timing.c (CVS 27-Jul-00)

Hi,

added 4 explicit casts to common/timing.c.

Why: There are systems which define clock_t to unsigned and afterwards
complain about checks against -1. A cast fixes this and does no harm.

Patch added as binary and text (it's so short).
