Actually airplane transporters do not work properly for 2 reasons
-if you put an airplane transporter with ground units on a carrier and
move the carrier the ground units will be left beind in the water
-in player_restore_units() the unit fuel variable is misused for
transporter capacity, which I think will wreck hawok on airplane
transporters.
