I built the sources with no difficulties.  When I attempt to launch 
civserver, the shell responds with: 
0: bind failed: Address already in use
Please feel free to contact me @ my email address if you would like
me to try possible solutions using my machine, or to provide more
information.
civclient runs with no problems.
