[Freeciv-Dev] Names of leaders

Barbarian leaders' names should cause fear.
Actual : "Genseric", "Alaric", "Teodoric", "Herman" doesn't.
What about naming them after beasts, disasters, plagues etc. ?
(will be problem with sex - very culture-dependant)

Also leaders should not have adjectives in their names.
Unique ones are ok (Richard the Lionheart, Erik the Bloodaxe),
but common are very wrong (there are 3 : Peter the Great,
Louis the Great, and Sulayman the Magnificient)
So if users.{ru,fr,tr} won't be against, I suggest
deleting those suffixes.
