Fix your sort algorithm ;-)

Seriously, it's a longstanding convention among programmers (as opposed to
marketers) to change the 'point' appropriate.  So, if it's only a 0.1
release, you go from 1.9 to 1.10.  You only go to 2.0 if you think you
justify the big change that deserves.

Cf the linux kernel, which went from 2.0.0 all the way to 2.0.36.
