[Freeciv-Dev] Re: getpwuid or something (PR#172)

The Cygwin Windows build has a getpwuid() call that works if there
is an /etc/passwd file.  However, the install set does not set one
up since I didn't want to clutter up users disks.

I agree on removing the warning.
