[Freeciv-Dev] New .deb packages of today's CVS snapshot

I debianized today's (25) CVS snapshot. The files are in the
same place as always. However, this time I uploaded them to
unstable (I mean, to Debian proper, not the experimental area),
because I found them a lot more playable than 1.8.1. I can see
a lot of people bothering me about not being able to connect to
the servers because of version mismatches, but that's why we
call the thing ``unstable'' :-)
