[Freeciv-Dev] freeciv 1.8.1 problem (PR#134)

Hi

I recently rebuilt freeciv (same version) on my linux-2.2.12 box after I
upgraded from libc5 to libc6.  All  relevant
libs were also rebuilt (everything with gcc 2.95.1)

The program works, but occasionally the science report popup comes up
with the wrong size (too small).  This didn't happen with my libc5
version,  and as far as I can tell,  it happens after a popup with a
smaller window happens.  If there
is no intervening popup, the report comes up with the correct size.
