Thanks.  Ah, actually it does, but only if the 'start' command 
is currently available.  That is, once the game has started, 
the 'help' command no longer shows the help on 'start'.

So the question becomes whether this finesse is helpful, or 
whether 'help' should always show help on all commands.
I suspect the later, but I'm not sure.  Maybe with some 
extra indication for commands not currently available.

On the other hand, if you are using server commands from
the client chatline, the _only_ commands shown by /help
are those which are available to the client at that time,
which does seem the right thing to do...
