The science report dialogue Goal selection listbox is too large.   It may go
off the bottom of the screen and be truncated. 
Needs to be worked around by moving the dialog to the top of the screen,
then it barely fits (will depend on screen resolution and font
size and probably window manager.)
It should be a scrollable list I guess.
