[Freeciv-Dev] dwp "favourites" tileset

I have combined/adjusted various existing tilesets to create a new 
set which I prefer for my personal use: the DWP "Favourites" Tileset

Size: 30x30
Colours: each xpm has only 64 colours, but the colour palette for each 
        xpm is individually optimised, so the total number of colours 
        is probably over 256.  (Thus probably not suitable for the 
        main distribution, but fine for my personal use :-)

Tiles:  Engels "terrain", reduced to 30x30 size from the original xcf
        files; most of the other symbols from the classic/Brunus tiles.
Units:  dwp units, revised since previous editions to have a softer look.
Roads:  dwp roads, similar to current default roads, re-drawn for 30x30.
Flags:  classic flags (colours re-indexed)
Space:  Beraud space components (colours re-indexed)
