[Freeciv-Dev] Patch: Non-black background for unit help icons.

When playing with Solid Unit Background Color turned OFF, the unit icons
are drawn in the Help dialog on a black background.  The resultant loss of
contrast makes the nice images virtually invisible.  (At least, to me.)

The attached patch causes them to be drawn on an appropriately colored
background (land=green, sea=blue, air=cyan).
