[Freeciv-Dev] civ2-style flags

Hi,

I have made a set of civ2-style flags (shields) for use with the CVS
version. I have also moved the hitpoint bar above the shields to make
it look better.

You can find them at

(I can try to put it on an FTP server if somebody can't access http).

There's also the patch with the explosions against recent CVS as
freeciv-03.01-explosions.patch.gz.
