[Freeciv-Dev] Make failure bug report

Trying to build Freeciv from sources on LinuxPPC version 4,
make fails at the following point:

sernet.c: in function 'sniff_packets'
sernet.c: 159 fixed or forbidden register was spilled
This may be due to a c compiler bug, or to impossible
asm statements or clauses.

I was attempting to compile using egcs 1.0.3.
