This is an updated version of my "configurable city report" patch,
featuring: more informative double-line table header; more options
(concise rapture etc, city size, specialists, pollution, number
of trade routes); more descriptive lables in configuration dialog;
some layout changes; minor code improvements.

One substantive change is that I removed most of the brackets 
from the various columns, mainly because it makes it easier to 
space the columns compactly and consistently (independent of which 
columns are chosen and end up next to which).
