Be able to add worklists from Citizen Report, Its frustrating having to 
enter cities just to
stack a queue of buildings, and its more frustrating to track down which 
cities that just built what a building, and it selects new randomly...

Another thing..

Be able to save down hotkeys, right now they reset if I enter the menu after 
I set them, in cities menu, (gtk)

Rally point, when units are built they are sent with 'goto' or similar.
