Does anyone know who is the maintainer of the Catalan ruleset?
As a related question, should we require a "maintainer name/email" field
in the nation rulesets to avoid such questions?

Dmitriy

Please ask the original author of that ruleset and post the result :-)

BTW: In ther German ruleset the ruler's title for fundamentalism is
also Archbishop. Historically better would be FЭrstbischof (in
German). Is the title Princebishop known in the English language?

Cheers,
