Hello Freecivers.

The first beta version of this release cycle can be found at:

    ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta_version/freeciv-1.10.2.tar.gz
or
    ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta_version/freeciv-1.10.2.tar.bz2

Please use this (or, preferably, the latest CVS) as the basis for any
patches you submit.

Special note for translators:  Part of the process of making a distribution
runs all the .po files through msgmerge.  This will happen each time a beta
version is published, and these changes will be reflected in both the CVS
and in the posted distribution files.
