yeah, i specifically wrote a hack for it to put in =20's :P

(word wrapping is really a Good Thing(tm) ... even in evolution i have
to horizontally scroll to read the rest of this sentence, which is
really a pain in the ass ... )

(sorry if these aren't exactly like what's shown in kmail's config ...
i'm ssh'd home and looking at ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc and going off
of memory)
