STMP requires (at least in spirit) that the initiating machine have valid
DNS set up. The RFCs don't actually say "you MUST" but they do say that
"machines will".
Some sites refuse to accept mail at all from hosts without it (sourceforge
I believe) while others will filter mail heavily when it lacks such DNS
entries (AOL does this).
