You might talk to Ty at T-Tech computers.  He will generally trade for a
decent system, even if it is old, and he could put the windows on it.  Might
be good for a new cd burner or video card.  He has always treated me right.
I don't know if he would sell the windows OS outright, but you never know
until you ask.
