I thought I'd give this message a slightly wider distribution than
webdev@xxxxxxxxx. I've consolidated a bunch of web site development
comments (mostly mine) onto the wiki at:

  http://www.tomhull.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl

A wiki is sort of a virtual white-board that anyone can contribute
to. (Although I ask that you select Preferences and register so we
can figure out who said what.) The bulk of the pages to date are
wish list/requirements items. Two in particular are intended for
people outside of the webdev committee to fill in:

  WishEventsSupport
  WishPresentationsSupport

(Presumably these are self-evident.) Email discussions continue at
webdev@xxxxxxxxx.
