Not sure of which one to use, but, 
When specifying colors in html, there are 3 bytes that can be used.
000000 is white
ffffff is black

the three RGB primary colors are
0000ff
00ff00
ff0000

I am not sure which is which, but they are blue (mostly cyan), green,
and red (mostly magenta)
You sould like you might need a slightly different approach though,
unless you could design your own web page to use for emptying the tank.

The CMYK colors are true colors, RGB colors are a mixture of the CMYK
colors.
