I think that means that you don't have the LWP perl
library.  How did you get the perl modules for the
slashcode?  If you get it through CPAN, it should get
everything you need and set it up.

To install/update everything that you need run these
commands:

cd /home/slash
perl -MCPAN -e "install 'Bundle::Slash'"

Also read the section in the INSTALL file about the
perl modules as there a special instructions for some
of them.
