To set up a nameserver, you'll need to use "bind."  There should be
Bind-HOWT or DNS-HOWTO (or both?).

For the Internet connection, how it's done depends on what type of
connection you have.  The NET-3-HOWTO is always a good place to start.

And as always, if/when you have specific questions or run into a specific
problem, send it to the list, and someone will try to help.
