My guess is that you will not fit an entire system with KDE in 151M.
My suggestion:
* Lightweight window manager. Afterstep, perhaps.
* No Gnome or KDE. These can use up at least a third of that space.
* Netscape, if you must. If you don't need Java in Netscape, you can
delete some of the jar files.
* Basic networking utilities: ssh, ftp, telnet, etc.
